A Collection of My Latest Comics for Your Reading Pleasure, Vol. 1

I wanted to publish a blog post before the new year so that y’all could see how COOL it is when WordPress makes everyone’s blog “snow” when you visit it. (*insert heart eyes emoji*)

ALSO, I’ve published several comics lately independent of this blog, and wanted you to be able to find them all in one cozy place.

I’ve said this before, but making comics is hard. Every time I publish a comic, I wish I hadn’t, because there’s always something to change, modify, make better…but I also think it’s valuable–to me, anyway–to witness how my work is evolving, despite the pesky errors and poor compositional decisions that keep me up at night. (Speech balloons are my NEMESIS.)

If you like my comics, please share them with others! It’s an easy way to support my work, and it fuels me to make more. Just copy and paste any individual comic into your social media or click the “share” button on this post. (I know my name is on all of my comics, but an additional credit somewhere in your post is always greatly appreciated.)

If you don’t like my comics, please tell me why. I will learn from that.

I hope you enjoy these. Happy holidays!

Become a Better–and More Authentic–Writing Teacher, which you can preview in its entirety here. I am donating 50% of my royalties for the first year of publication to 826 National, a wonderful organization that provides opportunities for children who live in traditionally underserved populations to explore their creativity and improve their writing skills.
